Handling & Delivery

How It Works

Welcome to our Handling & Delivery service, designed to make obtaining your preferred alcohol selection hassle-free and convenient.

This optional service is especially useful for clients hosting events at venues with limited timeframes, where handling and transporting alcohol can be challenging. Our service combines retail pricing advantages with the freedom to choose the bottles you love, giving you ultimate control over your beverage menu.

To use our service, you can either place an order for delivery or drop off your own selection at our headquarters in Santa Clara. Stores like BevMo and Total Wine & More offer affordable delivery options, making it easy to order online and arrange delivery. Costco and other wholesalers are also popular for large orders but may not offer delivery.

After your complimentary Beverage Consultation, we'll email you a comprehensive materials list, including your delivery/drop-off date window, usually a two-week period ending just before your event date.

Important! Deliveries or drop-offs received before the start of your delivery/drop-off window will incur charges due to additional handling and storage requirements, starting at $20/day or $300/month.

Once we receive your order or your drop-off, we'll take care of everything from there. We'll confirm all items in your order are accounted for and ensure the safe transportation of your order to your venue.

Please note that by utilizing our Handling & Delivery Service, you're agreeing to the terms defined in the Handling & Delivery clause of our Service Agreement.

Delivery

For delivery orders, simply include the Host's full name (primary name listed on the invoice) and our email handling@atwistofli.me on all your orders to help us efficiently track the status and details of your delivery. Make sure to deliver your order within the specified date window provided in the materials list email.

Once your order is received, our Production Team will thoroughly check and account for all items. Should there be any discrepancies, we'll promptly notify you.
