Beverage Consultation

How It Works

Our Beverage Consultation service, included with all our services, aims to provide you with accurate estimates for bottle quantities and label recommendations, simplifying the process of purchasing beverages for large groups. This service helps reduce waste and prevents over-purchasing.

Most of our clients spend an average of $6-8 per guest on mid-grade bottles for bar service. For an event of 100 guests, this typically translates to an alcohol expense of $600 to $800. Additional expenses may arise for table service wine, shots, etc.

Once your service is confirmed, your dedicated Event Manager will help you finalize your beverage menu. Simply inform us of your preferences, and we'll create a comprehensive materials list detailing the items you need to procure.

Getting Started

Once your service is confirmed, please send your list of desired beverage menu items, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, hard seltzers, or any other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, to your dedicated Event Manager.

For any cocktails or mocktails you select, we’ll provide all the non-alcoholic ingredients*, such as freshly-squeezed juices, handmade syrups, premium mixers, and craft garnishes. Explore our curated list of popular and bespoke cocktails and mocktails, each meticulously taste-tested and approved by our expert in-house mixologist for the finest quality and taste.

If you can't find your desired concoction, we likely have a recipe in our repertoire. If not, our creative mixologists can craft one exclusively for you for a small fee. Discuss your requirements with your Event Manager to get started.

Understanding Your Materials List

Once your beverage menu is finalized, we'll provide a comprehensive materials list with suggested quantities and label recommendations based on your event specifications.

We calculate the suggested servings total using a proprietary formula that considers:

Adjustments to the service duration, guest headcount, or consumption level will affect the suggested servings total and may impact specifics like ice or glassware quantities if we provide them at your event.

To ensure our best estimates, we use historical data from hundreds of our events to calculate the suggested servings total. Once determined, we'll break it down into recommended quantities for each beverage category: cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, etc.

The final result is a detailed list of any bottles required to serve your cocktails, quantities for wine, beer, and more. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Event Manager or email us at events@atwistofli.me.
