Personalized Quote: Tell us about your event through our simple inquiry form. We'll use this information to create a tailored quote that meets your needs. Our pricing is dynamic, based on factors like service duration, approximate guest headcount, and your chosen beverage menu (cocktails, mocktails, or other options).
Review & Refine: Take your time reviewing the quote. Our dedicated Event Manager is ready to assist you in refining your event plan and working within your budget or vision. We're happy to answer any questions and make adjustments.
Secure Your Date: Once you're happy with the quote, reserve your service easily through our online portal. Modifications can still be made after your reservation in accordance with our Service Agreement.
Once Your Date Is Secured
Menu Planning & Materials List: We'll collaborate with you on your final beverage menu and provide a detailed Materials List, including recommended quantities and brands.
Beverage Logistics (Optional):
DIY: Purchase your beverages and have them ready at your event location.
Hassle-Free Delivery: Let us handle the beverage logistics with our Handling & Delivery service! Drop off your purchases in Santa Clara, or have them delivered, and we'll bring everything to your event.
Certificate of Insurance (COI): For many events, especially corporate gatherings and weddings, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is essential. You can request a COI listing your company, venue, property, etc., as an additional insured on our policies. We're happy to provide this for you.
Final Steps:
Final payment is due 7 days prior.
Final guest count is due 3 days prior.
We'll send a final confirmation 24 hours before your event.
