Program name. A Twist of Lime Text Messages (the "Program"), operated by Young Event Group LLC dba A Twist of Lime, 650 Nuttman St, Ste 114, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

What you get. Our texts are informational. They are mainly to make sure you receive your quote and booking information. Depending on what you choose, we send:

• Inquiry and booking alerts (when you give us your mobile number on a form for your inquiry or booking): replies from our team, your proposal being ready, reminders about quote and payment deadlines, payment notices, and event-day logistics. Example: "A Twist of Lime: Your event manager replied about your inquiry. Check your email for the details. Reply STOP to opt out."
• Links you ask for by phone or text. If you press a key on our phone menu or text us to ask for a link (for example, our inquiry form or tasting page), we send you that one message at the number you used. Example: 'A Twist of Lime: here is the link you asked for: [link]. One-time message. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.'
• No marketing. We do not send marketing or promotional texts from this number.

Texts are not a condition of any purchase. You can stop texts at any time and still inquire, book or buy anything from us. By giving us your mobile number on a form for an inquiry or booking, or by pressing a key on our phone menu or texting us to ask for a link, you agree to receive the texts described for that form or request from us, sent using an automated system. We use your number for these informational texts only, not for marketing. Your consent is not transferable. Your number is not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Texting us. If you text our number, our team reads your message and may reply by text or email. Part of our reply may be automatic. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop all texts from us.

Message frequency. Booking alerts: varies with your event. Link requests: one message per request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from the Program; we send one confirmation, then no more. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email events@atwistofli.me. If you stop booking alerts for an active booking, we will contact you by email instead.

Carriers. Participating carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Supported devices. Texts work on most US mobile carriers and devices.

Privacy. We collect and use your number as described in our Privacy Policy (https://atwistofli.me/legal/privacy-policy). We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new dated version. A change does not extend your consent to any new kind of message; for new kinds we ask again.
