Beverage Consultation — We Plan Your List
Tell us what you'd like to serve. We generate a detailed materials list with exact quantities and label recommendations based on your event specifics.
How we calculate your list:
- 1Guest headcount — total drinking adults, plus underage guests for mocktails
- 2Service duration — typically about 3.5 hours per event
- 3Consumption level — Light, Moderate, or Heavy (most groups are Moderate)
Your list separates required items (for selected cocktails) from optional extras (backup supplies).
Beverage Vendor — We Make Shopping Effortless
We can point you to a vendor partner to source everything on your materials list at retail prices. You order and pay the vendor directly.

Beverage Logistics — We Handle Day-Of Transport
We receive your beverages at our Santa Clara facility, verify inventory, store everything safely, and transport it to your venue on event day.
Getting products to us:
- 1Vendor delivery — our vendor delivers directly to us
- 2Retailer delivery — have a retailer (BevMo, Total Wine, Costco, Instacart) deliver to our address
- 3Personal drop-off — drop off during scheduled appointment. All deliveries require a scheduled appointment within your assigned 2-week window
