What we collect on this form. Your name, email and phone number; how you heard about us; desired start date; ZIP code; the roles you are interested in; years of experience; anything you add in the notes; names, emails, phones and relationships of your references; and files you upload (such as a resume or certificates). We also receive technical data such as IP address and device type from our form provider. Please do not upload government ID, Social Security numbers, or photos. We may call or email your references about your application; we do not text them. Please make sure your references agree to be contacted. If you or a reference leaves us a voicemail, we record it.
Why. To evaluate your application, contact you and your references, schedule interviews, and, if we work together, start onboarding. We do not use your application for marketing. We do not send promotional texts to applicants, and we do not use the number you give us for recruiting text messages. We may call you or leave a voicemail about your application at that number, or email you. If you leave us a voicemail, we record it.
Who sees it. Us and service providers that host the form, our files and our email: JotForm (our current form) and Google Workspace, and, when our new site launches, Supabase. We do not sell your application information or use it for advertising.
How long. Unsuccessful applications for at least 4 years, as the law requires; if we work together, your application becomes part of your records.
Your choices. You may ask what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your application, except where the law requires us to keep it. We offer these choices voluntarily, whether or not the law requires them of a business our size. Email events@atwistofli.me with the subject "Applicant Privacy". We respond within 45 days. Nothing in this notice is a promise of employment.
