Course Information

Bartending Masterclass consists of eight courses, each a 4-hour session, totaling 32 hours of immersive and hands-on training.

To earn a certificate of completion, students must:

To complete a course, the student must be in attendance for the entire duration of the course. Students will be required to sign in and sign out to earn credit for each course.

The written test includes questions from each course, based on information conveyed by the instructor or provided in course handouts.

The pour test requires students to accurately pour a selection of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and other drinks covered in the course. Each student will be individually timed and must accurately pour the requested beverages within the allotted timeframe.

Course Schedule

Morning Session

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Evening Session

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Each course is available weekly, with sessions alternating between mornings and evenings every other week. Courses 1 through 8 can be completed consecutively over two weeks each month. This format allows highly motivated individuals to finish all courses and receive their certificate of completion within a 4-day period, while providing flexibility for those with prior commitments to achieve their certificate within two weeks.

Although it is not encouraged, students may attend courses at their leisure until all courses are completed pending class availability, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are limited to four students per session to ensure maximum attention and exposure for our students. Classes are held at our headquarters in Santa Clara near the San Jose Airport.

Cocktail Ingredients and Flavor Profiles

Overview of the major spirits: vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, and liqueurs

Tasting and understanding flavor profiles

Mixers and Modifiers

Types of mixers: sodas, juices, syrups, bitters, etc.

Creating balanced and flavorful cocktails

Fresh Ingredients and Garnishes

Use of fresh ingredients: fruits, herbs, spices

Exchange Bartending

Students take turns in two key roles: ordering and pouring

Course 4

Classic Cocktails and Modern Twists
